1-SSD or M2
if you can use SSD for installing windows and programs you will see a lot of different on speed - and if use m2 you will see huge different on speed . but this will cost you money (but 100% working and efficient way).
2-task manager update speed
task manager update speed is very important tip to see different speed in windows speed rate.
3-Empty recycle pin
if you think recycle bin didn't important for performance speed you are completely wrong . it is very important thing to empty it as soon as possible .
4-Remove all programs you didn't need
you have to remove all programs you don't need because you try it or you didn't use it any more it will help performance.
5-Disable startup softwares
when you open task manager you will see tab named startup you can disable programs runs with windows starting it will help you to increase performance when computer open and in daily use.
6-hard disk defragement (smart defragement software)

8-adjust or disable graphics and animations
